Possessing the Will to Reign! 3 keys to overcome your fears and manifest your dreams

Recently I went to see the movie Green Lantern. It was a great movie and it made me think about how God has chosen us to Reign in Life, but if we let the enemy steal our will, our determination, desire, motivation and resolve to Reign, then what God wants in our lives will not come to pass. In the movie Hal, played by Ryan Reynolds was chosen by a ring to become the Green Lantern. At first he was excited and fascinated by his new found powers. When the weight of the responsibility and the work involved began to weigh on him, he was ready to quit and begin to believe that the ring made a mistake in choosing him.

Heart Disease Is Still On The Rise In the African American Community!

Heart disease is still the leading cause of death in the U.S according to the CDC. As a Registered Nurse for over 16 years, I have personally seen many people die, or live substandard lives because of heart disease and the other medical conditions that result from it. With all of the increased medical break-thrus and technology, why are so many people still dying from this horrid disease? Very simply, Galations 6:7-8 says be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap. For he that soweth to his flesh shall of the flesh reap corruption; but he that soweth to the Spirit shall of the Spirit reap life everlasting.
